This place is wonderful, very well-organized, and helpful. My new sphere hearing aids are perfect. Ken and Wendy are so professional and welcoming. If you are looking for somewhere to get hearing aids, I recommend Hearing Health Connection.

I am satisfied with the ear test I received. I am just not ready to purchase or wear a hearing aid at this time.as suggested.

GREAT SERVICE!

I had a good visit with Mr. Ken Mashraky on September 5. He certainly knows how to communicate with a severely hard-of-hearing person. I was able to take the Phonak hearing aids home to try them under different conditions.

They always take good care of me. Take the time to explain everything I need to know about my hearing aid.

Listens to my concerns, takes times with me. I am very happy with my hearing aid and this office.

Was skeptical as to whether I wanted hearing aids. But after being tested and then receiving the two hearing aids, you really do forget you have them in your ears. The volume on the TV is much lower, and during the adjustment time, you hear things that you have not heard for a long time. I love the fact my hearing aids can actually answer the phone, so you are hands free when talking. The cost kind of rattled my back teeth, but then Medicare kicked in, plus I used my advantage card for an additional down payment. The financing I obtained had a 24-month interest free repayment plan - so in all reality, the cost of the hearing aids was very comfortable to pay the balance. Plus Wendy and the doctor are fun to talk with. A very enjoyable experience!

It truly was an easy appointment. Fast and friendly, I actually had a good time!

Great customer service from a great staff.

The hearing specialist did a hearing test and did not share the results with me. He then recommended the most expensive hearing aids they had and said I would need to pay him $3,500 now to take the hearing aids home. He did not even put them in my ear. I explained that he was an in network provider and my insurance coverage was for $5,000. He told me my payment portion was $3,500. I did not pay him and left. I called my insurance company and they explained the payment process. The provider fills out a recommendation form from the insurance website with the associated cost. The provider prints the form, I sign it, and the provider uploads the signed form to the insurance company who then issues payment. I called the provider back and the receptionist told me they had uploaded the forms ( strange since I didn't sign anything). I then called my insurance company back and they informed me they had nothing from this provider. I went to an alternate in network provider who shared my hearing test results, let me walk around with the hearing aids in their office, had me sign the form, uploaded it that day ( and copied me) and I had my hearing aids 2 days later after being shipped by the manufacturer to the provider. Be very cautious if you are considering Hearing Health Connection in Monroeville.

I was nervous about taking the hearing test. He was very nice and answered all my questions. I asked him if he could show me what the hearing aid looked like. You have to pick a color of the hearing aid, and he helped me with that. I was very pleased with the visit. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great experience obtaining new hearing aids. I did not realize my insurance would completely cover new aids and as one of mine was failing the audiologist quickly arranged to obtain new aids, which are amazing so far.

Super friendly and go out of their way to make you happy. I got ear plug molds make and the technician was extremely thorough which made the final product fix perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs hearing products. Also, Wendy at the front desk is super helpful.

Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They explained every part of the process and presented options that will definitely change my life. So grateful for them. They got me in to be seen so fast. The appointment was great, they spent individual time with me to make sure I understood what everything meant. I'm so grateful. After losing so much hearing in such a traumatic way, this is so exciting to have options to help again!

Great Place to get Hearing Aids

Make an appointment here if you even THINK you have a little hearing loss. Their office is very clean and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely give them 5 stars! (Ask them how hearing loss can contribute to brain atrophy and dementia. It scared me and it should scare you, too.)

I Have been to some Hearing Aid places with my husband and disliked everyone of them. I cannot say that about my experience at Soundwise in McKeesport. It was a pleasure from my first visit and still is today. First of all I would like to thank the soundwise hearing technology place because they were very informative very clean and sterile and I got to understand everything about what was going on with my hearing and I was truly blessed to have a man to understand my condition and he was very serious about it and it gave me more information than I've had in a long time and I'm very thankful for him and the ladies they're very pleasant also but I'd like to thank them very much and I'll see you again next year bye bye
