Excellent service. Mislead into purchasing poor quality devices. They have never worked correctly. The original person behind the desk even put the wrong earpieces on them. Hoping the place and new people will treat them like the lemons they sold to me, and remedy this hugely expensive situation. Fingers crossed.

Previous, Iu2019ve been to two audiologist and then I try hearing health connection I was amazed by the excellent service i received from this company from the from the receptionist to the audiologist amazing work to do. It should be ready at 10 not a 5

Dr Jenna was very nice and assisted me with what needed to be done and it was wonderful that there was no waiting time so was in and out in a timely manner. Always a very pleasant team there to deal with.

Jenna is awesome, she is always accommodating, calming, and helpful. She listens to my concerns and works to find a resolution. I drive quite a distance to this office due to her expertise in handling my hearing aids, and technical issues with apps/phone. Becky has been great in assisting me with questions and scheduling appointments since I live 2 1/2 hours away. I canu2019t praise them enough. I should add that have been to other locations that were closer, but I chose to drive the distance to the Moosic location, for the professionalism and courteous staff. Post by Kate not Greg.

They are the nicest people and so very kind and so helpful

I took my elderly mother to get new hearing aids. Her other ones were not from there. The people were so genuinely nice throughout the process. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well for my mother to understand. The prices are also much lower than the previous place she got them from. She is doing great with her new hearing aids and can even answer her phone and talk right from them!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Hearing Health Connection - Moosic. The hearing test was comprehensive and fully explained. There were 4 different models of hearing aides available. Two different models were best for my current hearing loss and life situation. I was pleasantly surprised with the price and made my choice. I will receive them this week. We had looked at other facilities and this office was exactly what we wanted. The price was reasonable and everyone there was professional, courteous, and pleasant.

This IS the place for Hearing Care! Professional, Kind, Friendly & Caring for their patients! Becky is Incredible! My brother was in the hospital and we had to change his appointment MANY times. All we ever heard was "No problem, what will work for you?" Becky is the epitome of Humanitarianism! When we were able to go for an appointment, Dr. Jenna was Fantastic! She compassionately took all the time my brother required and included myself and other brother in all of the decisions to be made. My brother left hearing us without us having to shout at him and this was just the first step! I cannot wait to go back and continue to delight in the customer service that we should all aspire to replicate! YOU GUYS ROCK!!

I am a Pastor and abide by the command to u201cLove thy neighbor as yourselfu201d. The PHONAK 90 Audeo Lumity hearing aids (HA) purchased from HEARING HEALTH CONNECTION have changed my life. I now enter confidently into conversations whether it be one on one, in group gatherings or noisy restaurants. They are very low maintenance. The charger itself lasts three days between charges and the HAu2019s retain their charge for 24 hours. The app which monitors the HAu2019s also counts steps and time worn during the day. I am sure there are additional features which I am still learning about like being able to listen to the TV with the TV assist: To talk on my cell phone without removing a HA: And notably, talking to someone on the phone with the HAu2019s picking up my voice and allowing me to respond on the phone to someone elseu2026hands off. I am able now to listen to music, podcasts, and a world of other sounds I had forgotten existed. The PHONAK 90 Audeo Lumity hearing aides are worth every penny u2026 we are called to love thy neighbor as yourselfu2026 so do it now and do not miss the chance to make these very special hearing aids part of your new life.

Nothing but A+service!!! I have been going to Hearing Heath Connection for years! I have moved locations with them. If you call, there is a good chance Becky will answer the phone. Always polite and will accommodate to her best of ability, to your schedule. I honestly have no reason to recommend and other facility as I believe I get the best service at this Moosic location. Please give HHC a try. I am certain they will not disappoint!!

Would NOT recommend. Dr Stone is overly impressed with herself. Very insulting and impatient with patients who are struggling with adjusting to complicated hearing aids. Consider reevaluating your attitude with your patients.

I've been with the same audiologist for three years and have been making a change with my disability due to the comfort and understanding of possibilities of a better solution to improve my hearing.loss. I recommend everyone to this place just be sure you discuss you medical carrier with them first and Peay it will cover your disability issues.
