I met Nicole Griffin today for my hearing test and consultation on new hearing aids and it was a pleasure to have her explain all aids that would be suitable for me to consider. Audiologist Nicole Griffin in the Paoli, PA office is fantastic!! I took my elderly father in for his hearing test and hearing aid check-up today and I can't speak highly enough of the care he received. Nicole is great with elders; patient, caring, and attentive, making sure everything fit and worked properly. We highly recommend her!!

Have been served here as a first time user of hearing aids since 2019. All on staff from receptionist to technicians and doctors have been very accommodating and professional. Just a wonderful experience all around.

As a first time user of hearing aids, I appreciated the services provided. Nicole Griffin was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. She really made sure I understood how to use and adjust my devices. I appreciated being able to try a set for a week after my hearing test.

When I was in the Paoli area, which is not close to my home but where I bought my hearing aids a few years ago, I stopped in and hopefully asked if they would clean them for me. With no hesitation they took them, cleaned them and then showed me how it should be done. Yes, I could do it, but when I am in Paoli, I still stop in and they happily clean my hearing aids for me. They are wonderful people and always willing to please. Thank you!

Update: the following review was posted about 6 months ago. After my recent visit, I can continue to highly recommend this practice. She did a repeat hearing test which showed similar results to the previous testing. Dr. Frederick also helped me understand how to clean and replace the wax filter myself and put everything back together correctly. She is a patient listener and explains things well when answering questions . The hearing aids she prescribed and programmed are helping my hearing in conversation, and I think consistent wearing of the aids has kept my hearing loss from progressing. Thanks also to Carol for her kind efficiency at the desk and in scheduling appointments. Previous review: Dr Frederick and her staff helped quickly solve a problem after my hearing aid charger would no longer charge after a power surge damaged it. They gave me a loaner while the company sent me a free replacement and were in close touch with me to notify me when the new charger arrived at the office. Additionally they rescheduled my appointment for the hearing aid cleaning so that I could pick up the charger and have my hearing aids cleaned on the same day. It made my week easier! I highly recommend them.

I don't really have anything to compare with this. Definitely less strain than a dental visit! Relatively quick and easy.

Dr. Frederick was kind, courteous, very professional and since we both knew her hometown we had that in common. I learned things I didnu2019t know about hearing issues and hearing aids. It was an excellent visit.

Hearing can degrade without notice and far faster than vision. It's good to know HHC is taking/supporting a long term assessment in it's evaluations. When they say "same time next year" they mean it!

I met Nicole Griffin today for the first time. She has taken over the practice and I was there for my annual hearing evaluation. What a delight it was to meet and work with Nicole! She administered a very thorough hearing test and the carefully explained the results. Then she updated the software on my hearing aids and gave me some additional tips for Bluetooth pairing. Before my mother was even a patient, Carole was kind, informative and caring. Her professionalism and attention to customer service is why I drove out of my way to bring my mother to Dr. Frederick. Dr. Frederick treated my 90 year old mother with grace, kindness and patience! What a terrific team. Highly recommend!

My brother worked for many years in a very noisy environment. His hearing was really compromised. I have nothing but praise for the audiologist and the staff at Advanced Hearing Care. Dr. Frederick did a great job in getting him tested and fitted for hearing aids. He texted me the day he received his hearing aids and said that he couldn't believe all the sounds that he was hearing and what he had been missing for years. Five stars for Advanced Hearing Care!!

This was a positive experience. Emily has a talent of explaining your test results in a way that is easy to understand.

The whole team is great and always supportive. I have had my hearing aids for almost a year and they never hesitate to respond to any questions I have. Accepting that I needed them was a challenge but glad I went to Advanced Hearing in Paoli.

I have worked with Advanced Hearing Care both professionally (as an office administrator setting up appointments for OSHA-mandated auditory testing for employees) as well as personally (as a hearing aid patient). Both Carol and Emily are personable, professional, as well as helpful to work with. Carol made the financials of my hearing aid acquisition a breeze while Emily not only was patient during the evaluation process, but she took the time to answer any and all of my questions. My co-workers when asked also had nothing but great things to say about their testing experiences. I would highly recommend Advanced Hearing Care to anyone and everyone--they're fantastic!

Would have preferred to have main audiologist invite me into her office so I can talk face to face and see first hand what she is doing to my aids, instead of having assistant deal with me in waiting room. A more open personal touch would be nice.

I would just like to start off by saying Carol at the front desk is amazing! My boyfriend has had hearing aids his whole life and they were accidentally put through the washer. I have never been to Advanced Hearing Care before but I called to see if they could help. Carol answered the phone and offered all the help she could give. She even called the place where his hearing aids are from to check to see if our warranty was still good. Carol even went out of her way to drop the hearing aids off at Fedex on her way home to make sure they were shipped off to the repair center so we could get them back faster! The doctor was also super friendly. We didnu2019t have an appointment but she came out to make sure she introduced herself to us and offered to check and fit the hearing aids when they come back in. I will definitely be recommending this place and will most definitely go back.

I took my 96 yr old mother to this office today for the 1st time for a check up. Of course my mom was nervous because we usually go to the other office in Newtown Square which is great too Dr. Nicole & the staff were wonderful, patient & kind. I noticed a difference in her hearing on the way out of the office! It is awesome not to have to yell anymore! Thanks for everything it was a pleasant experience for my mom & I truly appreciate it!!

Joan is the 4th audiologist I've seen in the past 10 years. By far the best. No high pressure sales, just excellent service. She listens to your side of things and then helps you get the technology that is best for you. If you have any hearing problems - this should be your first choice.

The team at Advanced Hearing really do care! They have made the process for this first time hearing aid user very comfortable. I consider myself young, as I first got my Starkey Hearing aids at age 58, but using them has made a difference in my world. I recommend this office!
