I was given good customer service in that I was not rushed. I was given feedback on my annual hearing test and answers to any questions I had. The visit was productive, and informative. I feel that any call I made to their office with a question would be handled in the same manner.

I was going out of the country and the day before I left one of my hearing aides wasnu2019t working. I called and spoke to Coleen who was able to get me an appointment the same day. I went in and Coleen actually took the time to work on the hearing aid and replaced the receiver. After doing that my hearing aid worked again. I canu2019t thank Coleen enough for helping me out.

The receptionist, Colleen, was very helpful with scheduling an appointment for my mother. Her warm, friendly manner quickly put my mother at ease. Dr. Linh was equally personable and very thorough with her evaluation of my mother's hearing. In addition, she was very patient in answering our questions and explained everything in understandable terms. I would highly recommend this center and Dr. Linh.

Donna the Hearing Tech was able to get my 84 year old mom a new hearing device for an amazing price. It was a great experience!

Colleen assisted me during my initial call to setup an appointment for a hearing test. Colleen was very pleasant and helpful with insurance guideance.Colleen scheduled my appointment with Audiologist Donna West. Donna was extremely thorough in testing my hearing and answering my questions. After completion of the tests, Donna printed out the results and patiently explained in detail the hearing performance of each ear and how they compared to the normal range of hearing. Donna then gave me the print out for my records. My impression was that Donna was very personable and caring of my welfare, but most of all extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I highly recommend this company and in particular the two people that I mentioned.

Wouldn't go anywhere else.
