Donna was great. Helped me with my aids that were not working correctly. Hopefully they can be repaired without additional expense. My hearing is severe & profound so I was thankful that I could use loaner aids until mine gets repaired.

Donna was subbing in the Lancaster office. She was very efficient in solving a problem I was having with my hearing aids and she fitted me with a new set. Her friendly manner made it easy to make the necessary changes and the new hearing aids are working out very well.

Donna has been wonderful in bringing me on board to be a part of the decision-making process for a replacement pair of hearing aids for my mother. She has been thorough and patient in presenting all of the options and answering all of our questions without placing any pressure on us regarding the choices made. I bought Hearing Aides online and the service said they would arrange for a local technical expert to set them up. Their version of an expert was a complete failure, for 7 months I struggled, no real improvement in hearing, headaches caused by a constant hum etc. then I found Donna at Hearing Health Connection, she patiently analyzed the situation then calmly undid everything the first guy did and set them up properly. The result was immediate and excellent. No more hum, excellent clarity , everything I had hoped for. I just wish I had found her earlier! Thanks Donna!!

My experience was the best ever! I have been experiencing hearing loss for the last 10 years of my life. Iu2019m also a type 2 diabetic dealing with many other important set backs so finally the time came when I realized itu2019s time to start the process of seeing an Audiologist . My hearing specialist in the Hershey location of Hearing Health Connection made the entire process so positive and actually fitted me for my hearing aids, helped me with the financing and it was that simple. My experience was at the Hershey office and they were outstanding. Donna was a very patient person. She took her time with me and explained everything to me I would recommend them to anybody that is looking for hearing aids. They also gave me an outstanding deal.

My husband and I both had hearing tests with Donna McGirr. She is very professional and explained the process thoroughly. Thankfully I donu2019t need hearing aids yet. My husband has significant hearing loss and has worn hearing aids for several years. He had been getting hearing aids from a well known company for several years. We decided to try this company because our insurance company pays for some of the cost. He is very pleased with the hearing aids that Donna fitted him with. Itu2019s been over a year since I went to the Hearing Connection for a free hearing test and although I knew I couldnu2019t hear things clearly the test proved it. So, I purchased a pair of hearing aids that fit behind my ears and with the Invisalign wire that holds the aid in the ear most people donu2019t even see them. Donna explained everything about how they operate and how to adjust them to my personal needs. She is an expert in audiology and I was just there for my 1 year follow up and we agreed I needed a little larger hearing cone that goes in the ear and Iu2019m delighted with the change. Being able to hear clearly and not saying what? All the time is wonderful. Highly recommend the Hearing Connection for new innovation in hearing loss. Thank you Donna! LC

It started out frustrating because the office I normally deal with was closed for the week for Christmas holidays/vacation. My one hearing stop working, Sso I needed to get it fix, to hear/feel normal again. So they check the next closest office, which was Camphill office, but they are closed, because they are relocating. So they said is Hershey too far? I said no, it wasn't. So they/we set up an appointment for the following day or two at 11am Thursday morning. Easy to find (following my GPS), went in and met Donna, and within 20-30 minutes I had what needed to be done and then some informations I was inquiring about. Very efficient, absolutely knowledgeable. Great personality. Very satisfied. Will definitely be back to take my issues/problems at their office in the near future.
